A: All you have to do is send one email to concierge@heykangaroo.com with your carrier, home address, and agent contact info (if you have an agent). We’ll contact your insurance company for you and get you the maximum discount based on the security devices and subscription plan currently active on your account.

A: If you’re a current Kangaroo Complete subscriber, you’re eligible for Insurance Concierge.
Q: How long does it take?
A: We’ll respond to your request within 48 hours, however, every insurance company is different in their processing time. The concierge will email you once we have confirmation from your insurance company to proceed.
Q: Does Insurance Concierge cost anything?
A: No, this is a new service that’s included with your Kangaroo Complete subscription! We want to make sure you’re getting all of the savings you’re eligible for while making the process a whole lot easier.
