Cam Protect

With a Cam Protect plan, you're getting $250 of theft and damage reimbursement per year, up to $125 per claim. That means when porch pirates strike or damage like break-ins or leaks occur, submit your claim in the Kangaroo app and we'll reimburse you.

Complete Protect

When you add Complete Protect to your setup, you're adding $1000 of theft and damage reimbursement for the year. Submit up to two claims per year in the Kangaroo app up to $500 per claim and we'll pay you back!

THEFT + DAMAGE
Both our Cam Protect and Complete Protect plans feature package theft and damage reimbursement, allowing you to quickly recover the value of your stolen delivery or damage incurred. Our plans include different coverage amounts so there’s a fit for everyone from the casual online shopper to your every day Amazon addict.

Damaged property as a direct result of a break-in, in an area monitored by a Kangaroo Doorbell Camera, Indoor + Outdoor Cam, or Motion + Entry Sensor (Police report required) will qualify for possible damage reimbursement.

 
 

WATER DAMAGE
Water damage from a leak originating from inside the home in an area monitored by a Kangaroo Water + Climate Sensor will qualify for damage reimbursement with your protect plan.

 
 

SMOKE & FIRE DAMAGE
Damage directly caused by fire or smoke within and originating from an area with a Kangaroo Siren + Keypad will qualify for damage reimbursement.

 
 
Kangaroo incident reimbursement is supplementary support for renters and homeowners insurance. It’s the perfect way to cover your deductible or incidents that fall below it. We never report a claim, so your insurance will not be affected by anything we cover.

Please note, if your Kangaroo coverage plan is directly associated with Kangaroo security products, these must be active and armed at the time of an incident. WHAT WE DON’T COVER:

✕ Weather and water-related damage originating from outside the home.
✕ Mold, mildew, fungus, bacteria or any natural occurrences arising from humidity or water.
