A: All you have to do is head to the Coverage Tab of you Kangaroo App, and answer a few questions. We’ll contact your insurance company for you and get you the maximum discount based on the security devices and subscription plan currently active on your account.

Q: Who is eligible?

A: If you’re a current Kangaroo subscriber, you’re eligible for The Discount Engine.

Q: How long does it take?

A: We’ll respond to your request within 48 hours, however, every insurance company is different in their processing time. We will email you once we have confirmation from your insurance company to proceed.

Q: Does The Discount Engine cost anything?

A: No, this is a new service that’s included with your Kangaroo subscription! We want to make sure you’re getting all of the savings you’re eligible for while making the process a whole lot easier.

Q: How much can I save?

A: The amount of savings differs by insurance company. To maximize your savings with most insurers, you need to have fire and carbon monoxide detection, professional monitoring, and water leak detection.
